Flow Coaching is for sole traders and small business owners who want to understand and control their own systems. It is online, one-to-one and built around your real business. There is no jargon, no generic course and no pressure to buy tools you do not need.
I am Naomi, a Leeds web designer who builds email, payment and booking automations for small businesses. This is me teaching you to do the same for yourself.

Flow Coaching is plain-English, one-to-one online coaching that teaches small business owners to set up their own automations and AI tools, including their own Claude, so routine work takes less of their time. You do the building with me alongside you, so you finish knowing how it works and can keep improving it yourself.
Do I need to be technical to learn business automation?
No. I explain everything in plain English and we build around your real business, not a textbook example. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can learn this. We start with the smallest change that saves you the most time.
What does setting up my own Claude involve?
In a Flow Session we set up Claude with the context it needs to be useful to your business: what you do, who your customers are, how you write and the jobs you want help with. You leave with it working, plus a recording and written steps so you can repeat or adjust it. You will need your own Claude account, and in your Discovery Session we look at which plan suits what you want to do.
What kinds of things can I automate?
Typical examples are replying to common enquiries, following up after a call or booking, sending reminders, drafting emails and social posts in your own voice, and passing information between the tools you already use. In your Discovery Session we map your tools and find the jobs that eat your time, then choose what to build first.
How do the four options differ?
A Discovery Session (£45, 60 minutes) maps your tools and time drains and gives you a short written plan. A Flow Session (£75, 90 minutes) builds one focused thing, such as setting up your Claude. Flow Lab (£295) is four weekly calls with weekday message support, building three working automations yourself. Flow Coaching (£95 a month) is a monthly call plus message support to keep improving your systems.
Where does the coaching take place, and who is it for?
Everything is one-to-one online by video call, so I can work with business owners anywhere in the UK. I am based in Leeds. It suits sole traders and small business owners who want to understand and control their own systems rather than hand everything over.
Do the founding prices end?
Yes. Founding client prices are for the first five clients or until 31 January 2027, whichever comes first. After that the usual prices apply: £75 for a Discovery Session, £150 for a Flow Session, £595 for Flow Lab and £150 a month for Flow Coaching, with the monthly price held at £95 for the first six months.
What if I would rather you built it for me?
That is a separate service. My launch and programme systems build landing pages, email marketing, payments and delivery automations for you, from £400. If you start with a Discovery Session, its fee comes off whatever you book next.
How do I keep my business and customer information safe?
You stay in control. Everything is set up in your own accounts, and before we connect anything we talk through what is sensible to share with any AI tool and what is better kept out of it.
