Google Business Profile · Leeds
It is the listing that appears on Google Maps and in local search when someone looks for what you do. I set it up, keep it accurate and keep it active, so you are not left guessing.
In plain English
When someone searches for something like “floor fitters Leeds” or “aesthetics clinic near me”, Google often shows a map and a short list of businesses before any website. Each one is a Business Profile.
A complete, accurate and recently updated profile gives Google and customers more reason to trust you. An empty or out-of-date one gives them a reason to pick someone else.
You do not need to learn how it works. You need your hours right, the right categories chosen, good photos and someone replying when customers ask a question.
What I do
The foundations, done properly.
The small, regular work that keeps a profile alive.
You see what was done and what happened.

Ongoing management sits inside my monthly SEO plans rather than being a separate subscription, because the profile and the website work best looked after together.

Common problems
Most of these take minutes to fix once you know they are there.
In practice
I manage the Google Business Profile for JDS Flooring Yorkshire in Yeadon, alongside its website and SEO. The profile uses Flooring Shop as its main category with Carpet Retail Shop added, so Google understands exactly what the business does.
I originally got in touch with Nomi for some SEO work, and after our first meeting I knew I was in good hands. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand.
The honest part
I cannot promise first place on Google Maps, and I will not pretend otherwise. I do not buy reviews, write fake ones or put anything in your profile that Google’s rules do not allow. Those shortcuts can get a profile suspended.
What I can promise is a profile that is complete, accurate and active, and a plain-English account of what I did each month.
How it works
I check your profile, what appears when people search for you, and who is showing up instead.
I set up or tidy the profile so the details, categories, services and photos are right.
Each month I post, update, add photos and answer what customers ask.
You get a simple summary of what changed and what comes next.
Common questions

Setting up a profile is £85 one-off. Ongoing management is part of my monthly SEO plans, which start at £145 a month on Essentials and include monthly Google Business Profile posts, a rankings check, one page improved and a simple report.
The £85 setup covers your Google Business Profile only. The £150 SEO Setup includes it, and adds keyword research, page titles and descriptions, Google Search Console and handover notes. The £150 SEO Setup is free with any website build.
I cannot promise a position, and nobody honestly can. A complete, accurate, active profile gives Google and customers more to trust, and that is what I focus on. Results usually take weeks to months, and I report on what changed.
No, a profile can exist without one. But linking a good website to it gives customers somewhere to learn more and gives Google more to work with, so the two work best together.
Not usually. If you travel to customers rather than welcoming them at your address, a profile can normally hide your address and show the area you cover instead. I will check what suits your business.
Yes. Your profile stays yours. I work on it as a manager and nothing is hidden from you, and you can see every change I make.
